A walk through one of the most lively neighborhood of Berlin

Before the year 1933, approximately 160 000 Jews lived in Berlin, most of whom lived in the so- called Spandauer Vorstadt- a neighborhood which used to be the home of the biggest and most  beautiful synagoges in Germany Today, the reconstructed entrance hall to the synagoge is the landmark of the the Spandauer Vorstadt.

We will discover traces of Jewish culture and learn about the history of Berlin's Jewish community while experiencing one of the most lively quarters of Berlin. Nice cafés, interesting boutiques, the famous Hackesche Höfe and much more make up this enchanting neighborhood.
